Pro Exploration

We, King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella, encourage and fund many voyages of exploration to expand our territory and to acquire new trade routes. When we get land and vast areas of trade to better our economy we also build up a substantial naval fleet to protect these new colonies and trade routes. We love to fund the explorers to go out and do the dirty work of conquering new land for us. Then we also pay them to dig up gold, silver and other precious materials and bring them back with them to help grow our economy.

Also, when explorers who are funded by us are successful in acquiring land or bringing back precious goods we get to gloat to all our rival countries such as France, and England. Because it gives us epic social power, we love it when exploders are successful and make us and our economy more powerful due to gaining control of new lands and the assisting our economy by bringing us back new and desired items.
